Spec line Issues
1. Mending:
Efficiency of single target heals is too low, especially in comparison to spread heals. There needs to be a reason to cast a single target heal instead of the spread heal.
Due to the fast paced nature of combat, spread heals were added to the game to make primary healers more effective in many situations, with an emphasis on RvR. Spread heals turned out to be so effective that there is rarely a reason for a primary healer to cast a single target heal. In order to reward primary healers who are judicious in selecting the right heal spell for the situation, as well as to provide a small boost to secondary healing specs, we have reduced the power costs of the following single target heal lines by 33%: Major Restoration (Cleric/Friar), Major Resurgence (Druid/Warden/Bard), Major Somatic Renewal (Mentalist), Major Reconstitution (Healer/Shaman). Patch 1.70aw
High percentage resurrection spells are still being overwritten by lower percentage resurrection spells.

2. Augmentation:
The Damage Shield line is missing two spells. One at 6 Augmentation spec with a value of 2.2 DPS and one at 37 Augmentation spec with a value of 8.4 DPS.
No, no plans to do this.
Augmentation lacks a main active role in RvR, mainly due to the short range of Celerity combined with the extreme range the majority of battles occur at in the Frontiers.
3. Pacification:
Duration on the Hinder Spirit line (attack speed debuff) is too short.
No, no plans to change this.
It would help to have run speed be baseline Pacification instead of spec line Augmentation.

2. MCL/RP
5/10/15 cost progression for these two RAs is too high, it should be 3/6/9.
Compared to what? Why?
3. Perfect Recovery
There needs to be a message telling the person being rezzed that they are receiving a Perfect Recovery? resurrection.

Master Level Abilities
We need a complete list of Master Level Abilities with full documentation listed on the Camelot Herald. Not having an official list, I am unable to provide feedback on Master Level Abilities available to Healers.

New Issues
1. Sputin?s Legacy does not help Healers or Midgard in RvR. We need a useful RR5 unique RA.
2. MCL and Raging Power need to be on a 3/6/9 point cost progression so that Healing classes do not spend all of their realm skill points on Power realm abilities.
3. First Aid and Ignore Pain also need to be 3/6/9. The lack of self healing Realm Abilities for tanks has made it substantially more difficult for Healing classes to perform.
Item Problems
1. Maddening Scalars (artifact) for Healers has 3% melee damage and 3% melee speed. This should be changed to 3% casting speed and 6% power to match the caster?s version. Change should be made for Cleric and Druid versions as well.

2. Guard of Valor (artifact) for Healers has 4% spell range and 4% spell damage. Guard of Valor for Druids has 4% spell range and 4% spell haste. Healer version should have 4% casting speed instead of 4% spell damage.

3. There are no artifact weapons with stats suited for a Healing class. Several weapons can be activated by Healing classes (Battler, Malice) but still have melee stats.
